pizza bun.

1 3/4 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon herb salt

2 teaspoons dried herbs

2/3 cup non-dairy milk

1/4 cup oil

pizza toppings (i used mushroom, olive and tomato.)

mix together flour, salts, herbs, milk and oil.

roll dough into ball and then roll out thin and flat.

place pizza toppings in midde of dough and fold up the edges so toppings are enclosed.

bake in preheated oven until hard and crisp.

(i also glazed it with vegan margarine and sprinkled smoked salt and sesame seeds on top.)
